In the event that an order or portion of an order needs to be returned, a Return Goods Authorization must be requested within 30 days of receiving the order: All return/warranty requests are fully documented. All RGA approvals from Accu Auto are transmitted via fax, or mail only. Accu Auto Parts does not issue verbal or e-mail Return Goods Authorizations.

After submitting your filled and signed request, we will fax or mail a return authorization with the return warehouse address and all necessary information.

Accu Auto does not authorize exchanges. If you have received parts that you believe are incorrect or you cannot use, visit our forum and tech database to identify and order the correct replacement.
