The build sheet on my 2004 Dodge Ram states that the gear ratio is 3.92. (4 Wheel Drive)
You only show 3.90 as an available replacement.
Is this the same thing ?

DIfferent gear manufacturers have different theories of gear cuts, but 3.90, 3.91 & 3.92 ratios are all directly interchangeable.
