I had reported this package damaged to UPS on 05/06/10. On 05/21/10, I contacted UPS for status on the dmage claim. They infomed me that the claim had to be completed by the shipper: Accu Auto Catalog, Chicago, IL. Along with the damaged bearing I reported, there was chip damage to both the the ring and pinion gears. The package was badly damaged when it arrived. I have pictures of all the damages. Who is going to reimburse me for the bearing I claimed? When?

The cost of the bearing was $23.94. Can you send a replacement bearing or you can credit my credit card. I prefer you replacing the bearing. The part number is HM803149.
