would like to exchange incorrect parts

I faxed my information regarding this order yesterday, June 3, 2010 and have not received an acknowledgment. If you have any further questions not outlined in the fax, please let me know.

We found the fax and have reviewed it.

Even though there is a somewhat long length of time on this issue, we think it is in everyone's best interest to exchange these for you. That said, you will still need to go through the normal return process so that we can issue the new axles for you.

Simply fill out and fax back a standard return form here:
http://www.accuautoparts.com/returnsnxchanges.jsp

After you receive back your return # and shipment address from us, you can send the original axles back. Once you have shipped the package(s) leave us a note here with the tracking number(s) and we will in turn send the 5 lug replacements for you at that time.

Please let me know when the replacement axles will be shipped and estimated arrival date

The tracking was verified yesterday, and the 4 replacement axles are set to ship today. We expect a 2-3 day transit time baring any delays from UPS.
