Hello,
My name is Brandon Stanfield and I sent back an order on May 12, 2010, and when I look at the UPS tracking information it says that it was delivered on May 19, 2010. My question would be is how long does it take for my account to be accreditted back for this order. The order# is 102311420 and it was a set of 5.71 Yukon Ring and Pinion Gears for a 4-Runner.

Parts returned to the original parts manufacturer can take up to 30 days to credit (1 billing cycle), but we can always do a manual verification on individual returns the day after they arrive at the manufacturer if requested.
We will contact Yukon to confirm they received the part in good condition, and issue a credit at that time. This usually takes less than a day. You will receive an e-mail notification of the processed credit when it posts.
