wrong parts sent

i ordered the tacoma non-TRD rearend and i recieved the wrong ring and pinion. i have filled out the return page and i am sending today. how long will it take for me to recieve my money back and how much money am i out of?

If you would like to expedite the process, you can send us a note including the tracking information the day after it is received back, and we can pull it to credit immediately.

Before returning, you may want to request fitment confirmation in the parts or tech forum to find out what the issue is and what other part may fit your application.

the day after it is recieved back? can you explain a little more clearly. i faxed the RGA form yesterday and i am waiting for an aproval to return.

It usually takes a day to get the returned item out of the box and checked in. If you contact us the day after it is returned we can have it confirmed and credited that day.

We show our confirmed fax sent to the number listed on your form (the same as the original transmission fax you sent from) sent yesterday afternoon. We will resend it now in case it did not print properly.

i did recieve yalls return fax. i will ship tomorrow. when you say contact yall, do you mean, send you the new tracking number that i get? and do i send it thru the forum to you? just want to make sure! thanks

Just give us the return # and tracking number after you show it has been delivered. You can post it here, send us a personal message or fax it.
