Returning parts

i ordered a set off spider gears and within a week they broke and i had to replace them again. i didn't go thru your company for the second set.
i have already bought and installed the replacement set. all i wanna know is how to get my money back and it would be nice to actually talk to some one as i hate this online only crap.

Returning parts for warranty or credit is pretty simple. Just Fill the short return form and fax it in. The final return authorization number and return address will be faxed back to you (or mailed if you do not have a fax available).
