We sent a personal message last week indicating that we cannot ship any product to you until we can verify your information and authorization. The order's billing and/or shipping address are not matching the information that American Express has on file, which is what prompted us to request for your assistance. We have not received your faxed information as of yet. Please try to send the requested information as soon as possible so that we can complete and ship your order.
This is a copy of the message sent to you last week:
Thank you for your business.
To complete processing this order to ship, we will need a few things:
1. Call your credit card company to make sure that the 'bill-to' and 'ship-to' addresses are correct and both are registered with American Express.
2. Fax us a copy of your identification card or driver's license, along with a printed copy of your invoice signed and dated indicating your authorization of the credit card charge. (fax: 310-324-2092)
We would appreciate if you can help us with this, as we are trying to watch out for our customer's best interest so that only authorized charges and orders ship.
Any questions that you have should be sent by our customer service forum message system.
