I am wondering when getting things shipped to Canada if we need a broker

We ship through UPS. UPS will assign a broker that will assess and bill the receiving party any duties, taxes, etc.
We do not estimate what the fees may cost, so it is best to check with Canadian Customs to approximate what they may be.
Alternatively there are U.S. based freight forwarding companies that may be able to save you some money.
