Order Tracking

Placed an order last week. One of the three items arrived, but the other three have not. I can't see any information on the tracking pages

The 2nd part of your shipment was delayed waiting for a briefly backordered axleshaft which arrived in stock late last week.

The axle and bearings are shipping to day from Chicago and should be to you in 3 business days or less.

I have since found out that UPS has lost the shipment. Anything you can do to assist UPS would be greatly appreciated.

We will confirm the initial problem with UPS and have a replacement order shipped out of Illinois today.
