I ordered part #DAN:707244-8x all parts seem to be correct except the ring gear. bolt holes are larger than the existing ring gear and the bolts sent with the kit are to small. If we would use the larger bolts the carrier would have to be drilled.

The 707244-8X is the correct kit for the application provided, but Spicer has been phasing out the old style 3/8" ring gear bolts for the stronger 7/16" ring gear bolts in later applications. As you can see, all bearings and other hardware are identical, so that if you have an earlier case with the smaller holes they can be easily drilled/reamed by hand or on a press to the larger hole size.

We will have a set of the larger bolts sent to you.
