Q. How long until I receive my order?
A. We will process your order within 24 hours (not including weekends), although most orders are batched and processed by 3:00pm Eastern / 12:00pm Pacific the same day. They are shipped by 6:00pm Eastern / 3:00pm Pacific on weekdays. Delivery transit time will vary by the location of distribution shipping, but standard ground shipping will usually take 2-5 business days.

Q. Where will my parts come from?
A. We try to ship from the closest national distribution to you that has your complete order. In cases that any single distribution center cannot ship the order complete, the order will ship concurrently from separate centers which may result in multiple arrival dates.

Q. What other shipping options do I have?
A. In addition to standard ground delivery, we have 3 Day, 2nd Day, and Overnight available at your choice. These are transit days, and you will need to allow for the initial day of processing.
